Involve Youth and Community Services
Three courses.
No cost.
Read every course in full without an account. You only sign in when you want to sit the assessment and take the certificate.
How it
works
Nobody is told how many attempts a module took you. Get it wrong, read it again, sit it again.
Read the module
Notes, and usually a video. Everything is open to read without an account.
Answer the questions
A handful of multiple-choice questions at the end of each module.
Take the certificate
Pass every module in a course and the certificate is issued to you automatically.
Do I need an account?
Only to sit an assessment. Every course is open to read in full without one — the notes, the videos and anything there is to download.
What happens if I do not pass?
You read the module again and sit it again. Unless a module sets a limit you can retry as often as you need, and nobody is told how many attempts it took you.
What is the certificate?
A PDF, issued the moment you pass every module in a course. It carries your name, the course and a certificate number that is unique to you, and you can download it again whenever you need another copy.
Is my progress saved?
Once you have started a course, yes. Stop whenever you like and pick up where you left off, on any device.
Can we do this as a group?
Yes. Talk to us about running a course with your organisation, or about training delivered in person.
