Do I need an account?
Only to sit an assessment. Every course is open to read in full without one — the learning materials are available to download.
What happens if I do not pass?
You read the module again and sit it again. Unless a module sets a limit you can retry as often as you need.
What is the certificate?
A PDF, issued upon completion of your chosen course. It carries your name, the course and a certificate number that is unique to you, and you can download it again whenever you need another copy.
Is my progress saved?
Once you have started a course, yes. Stop whenever you like and pick up where you left off, on any device.
